Yael Messer

Yael Messer is the Director and Curator of Beit Hagefen’s gallery.
Messer previously she was the artistic director of the 48 mm International FilmFestival in Tel-Aviv and a fellow curator at the Institute for Public Presence at the Israeli Center for Digital Art,Holon. Messer holds a postgraduate diploma in curating from Goldsmith College, London, and participated in the De Appel Curatorial Program, Amsterdam. She has been collaborating with museums, institutions, and independent art spaces internationally, including:Depo, Istanbul; CCA Tel-Aviv; Stedelijk MuseumAmsterdam; Van AbbeMuseum Eindhoven;Apexart New York;Matadero Art CenterMadrid; CCA Warsaw;Artport Tel-Aviv; and the 13th Istanbul Biennial.
